Microsoft itself says Intel motherboards are NOT compatible for Windows XP!!? While planning for some hardware for my company I checked the Hardware Compatibility List on Microsoft Website. (Hardware Compatibility list is made by Windows Quality Laboratory and they test hardware or software in intense situation after that if the hardware is qualified they give certification and logo "Desinged for Windows XP". Microsoft recommends only use products listed in HCL. Otherwise they can cause problem in your Operating System.) In motherboard section for Windows XP, Intel motherboard is not listed! This means that Intel mohterboards are NOT designed for XP and may not work correctly!! Have a doubt on what I'm saying? Checking yourself is always better - http://winqual.microsoft.com/HCL/ProductList.aspx?m=x&cid=105&g=s Please comment.
