how can i find out what kind of power supply my computer needs?

http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/dim3100/en/sm/techov0.htm#wp1055968 this is the manual to my computer that has the information about the power supply. my computer is a Dell Dimension 3100 with all original parts except a video card. i want to upgrade my power supply to around 350 watts. what information do i need in order to do this?
