Purchasing wholesale computer parts?

How does a person purchase wholesale amounts (and prices) of computer parts (cases , cards, motherboards, hard drives) ? I am familiar with grocery items / auto parts and places that sell at wholesale prices in case lots but am not familiar with items such as computer related items -- Please dont tell me the "membership and fee based gimmick" or eBay as I am interested in a warehouse and order system not a bidding or "fee list" I am maybe intereted in lots of 10 - 12 of each items plus or minus I do have a tax number ,bussiness license, etc -- I am not just looking to only buy "cheap" for person use -- I am looking for a steady supply , in volume, at a discount
