Does a dell note book computer have a us A port?

I got a printer to hook up to my notebook computer. I have a us A./ B plug cable. The US B part goes into the printer.

2. you mean USB as in Universal Serial Bus, where you can connect a printer, an iPod, a flash drive, etc., etc.,
