1. It's unlikely that any one store will consistently outperform all others across a range of components. Use http://www.staticice.com.au or http://www.pricespy.com.au to find the cheapest supplier of the specific parts you are looking for and then work out who is cheapest overall. Once you are looking for 3 or more components it becomes very time consuming, but it can save you plenty.
2. Hi well Dick Smith is a great place to start but online will get u most cheap parts.. BUT on a Sunday at Carribean Gardens Market Scoreby Vic they have puter swap meets plenty of cheap parts on offer ♥
3. theres this place msy www.msy.com.au cheap as stuff there there a wholesaler or somthing i dunno there all over melbourne ive only been to the essendon one gaffney street i think
4. I'd say St Albans... there is a good comp shop there.. or you could try Moone Ponds.. some good ones there
