Friend I need your positive and negative review for purchase HP Compaq nx6325 Business Notebook PC Notebook they told us that this is build for rugged use and more ??? excellent customer service etc ... What about HP after sales service and support ., and what about parts availability of hp (india ) after warranty expire

1. The laptop is a more rugged model. The customer service on hp's is average but the product is very sturdy and good quality. There are many ways to contact HP, through telephone, through email, and through online chat services. The parts availability is harder than on some other models (say Dell) but depending on the parts they can be found. I always see HP parts on ebay.com
