I have a Gateway GM5632E and it has A/V input jacks?

I have a Gateway GM5632E and it has A/V input jacks in the front of the computer and I cannot get them to work, is there a program or some driver that I need to download and install? Or is it part of the TV tuner, and how do i use that?
