My hp desktop computer will not start the monitor turns on but the tower part will not.What can I do to fix it

I'm not sure what to do! What can i do to try and fix it, its a HP pavilion 752n... Its a couple years old, there was an ice storm last night and we lost power for a short while, but it was not plugged in, so i don't think it could have affected it... Thanks!

1. You need to reboot your tower. unplug it for few minutes and plugged back on with a different circuit.

3. Obviously, check to see if all cords are plugged in. If that doesn't work then you could open up your computer to see if everything is plugged in.
