1. if you have no experience in this, i suggest you take it to a train professional, you might mess up your laptop or break a part and parts aren't cheap.
2. The screws on the bottom. BUT you will need to apply fresh thermal paste to the processor again if you disconnect the heat sink, which will probably happen if you take a laptop apart.
