Windows error when setting up Gateway Computer.?

I think my dog hit the power key when setting up my new laptop. Gateway T series. How do I re iniitiate the set up from the start. I keep getting a Windows Error that it can not re boot (Tried all re boot options)

1. If you can get into BIOS, hold down DEL, F1 or F2 on boot, and write down all the settings. Open the computer, and see if you can locate the motherboard battery. Pull it and wait 30 seconds, put it back in and start the computer again. This resets the BIOS to default factory settings. Go back into BIOS and set it up exactly like you had it before, save and reboot the changes and this should launch you back into Windows.
