My gateway laptop doesnt want to connect to wireless networks anymore like it used to. Help?

Its a gateway laptop and runnig vista. It used to be able to connect to a network but not anymore help please

1. re-install drivers... troubleshoot your network card.... check settings... scan for viruses...
