For how much should I sell my Gateway laptop on eBay?

I have a Gateway laptop that I bought in 2006. It has Windows Vista Ultimate, 1GB of RAM, and about 80GB of storage. It in great condition. For how much should I sell it? If you need more details, tell me.

6. generally computers go down in price by a third per year. So you should sell it for 2/3 of what you origionally paid for it.

Well, you can now buy brand new laptops that feature: AMD or Intel dual-core processor DVD burner 120gb+ HD 1gb of RAM Wireless internet Vista Home Premium a WARRANTY all for about $450-500 on a Sunday sale. Given that info, I would think $200-$250 for yours if it has a single-core CPU, $300-$350 if it has a dual-core. eBay sucks big time now, rediculous fees and no buyer/seller protection. I would first try your local craigslist, but set your price higher and be prepared to get jewed down.
