Im using an old gateway laptop and the box thing on the charger cord is beeping help me?

like i said the box on the charger cord is beeping, old gateway laptop, windows xp and it wont charge the laptopso answer fast cuz the battery is almost dead

1. Beeping? Throw it at the wall. Problem solved. Joking aside, sounds to me you need to find a new charger. eBay can help.
