How do you buy a computer with separate parts with Dell?

I want to buy a wireless computer with dell and i have $ 4000. I want parts seperatly, how do i do that. I can settle for wired one if i can't get a wireless.

1. you can't buy separate parts from a dell. unless you buy a refurbished system than disassemble it.
2. you can get separate parts excluding the motherborad but youll still have to buy a dell and then replace the bits. if you want to make the computer yourself, i reccomend knowing more or less what you want and going on amazon.com/.co.uk
3. don't waste your money on expensive individual parts unless you are into serious gaming. you should never pay more than $1500 even for a good system. in 3 years, you'll be buying another one so get something cheap if you're going to use it for school and internet. dell is actually having a one day special today so check out this site.
