Build your own Dell parts not available?

How come when you're on the Dell website, and you're building your computer, sometimes parts are listed there that arent at other times? For instance, I want a wireless-N card on an inspiron 1521, and when i checked last month, it didnt have that option, but it did when i checked again a few weeks ago. And when I checked right now that option no longer exists. Is this because they dont have that part available? If so when would they have these parts again? The beginning of next month?

1. Probably because Dell is having major support issues with the Wireless-N cards; so, they send the parts back to the lab to improve documentation and technical support communications with customers.
