This is a trick question, D is false. you know B is true all good have downward sloping demand curves. also you know that C is true because to most people, a dell is just as good as a gateway so you could substitute one for the other. A is true because substitute goods have a cross elasticity of demand that is greater than zero.
2. Goods that are substitutes have a cross elasticity greater than zero. Dell and gateway computers are substitutes, How can a be false?
