what is the normal brightness setting for a gateway computer monitor?

i was messing with the brightness setting on my computer because i thought it was brighter than it was supossed to be. it turns out it was normal and now i cant remember what the normal brightness settign would be. does anyone have a gateway monitor who knows what the normal brightness setting is?
