I have a gateway laptop and when I go to the hardware profile it say hard drive turned off ?

How do I turn my hard drive back on. Thanks in advance? My laptop is a Gateway MT 6705.

1. I have a Gateway laptop too. I'm using it right now. :)))
2. Call customer service. I wouldn't advise opening it yourself. Inside the computer there's MICROWAVE RADIATION. So just ship it to repair.
