i have a gateway laptop 200 series and i forgot my password to log on. How can I retrieve it or reset it?

1. there should be a security ouestion in your laptops settings or any other applications for security and privacy the laptop company had provided or if it does'nt work reinstall the windows or talk to a hacker and tell him to hack
