Ipod Touch or Gateway laptop?

I wanted to get a gateway laptop, P series. But now I'm starting to think I would like to get my self the new Ipod Touch. I could only get one of these, which should it be?

1. i would prefer gateway laptop. laptop is easier to do internet and save things in. but ipod touch can do internet but it's hard and sometimes slow and sometimes the players in the page won't open so laptop is much better!
2. Laptop. A touch is good .. but sometimes hard to manipulate.
