Is a Gateway Laptop a good one to buy?

I'm getting two laptops, i was thinking about from the Gateway 15.4" M-series http://www.gateway.com/programs/mseries/index.php do you think this is a good choice?

1. I personally would never buy anything from Gateway. I got BAD customer service. Never again.
