eMachines parts needed...does it sound like the power supply to you?

I don't know much about computers but this is what my husband was able to kind of figure out and what we think may be the problem. We have an eMachines W series computer (W4885) that is about 5 years old. We've never had any problems with it until about 4 months ago. When we would turn it off and try to turn it back on it wouldn't start, even though you could hear it trying to. Usually after about 20 minutes or so it would start back up. Well last month we moved and of course it was unplugged and when we tried to start it up it wouldn't start at all and didn't even sound like it was trying to anymore. My husband thought that it may be the power supply, what do you think? Also, do you know of any discount places (reliable) that I could order the parts from? The serial # is CG34260013462. 1. It could be dust inside something in there. Try cleaning it out, you may find that helps. If thats not it, yes, it sounds like a power supply or power supply connection issue (or any other main connector on the motherboard, for that matter)
2. It's very likely the power supply... I've heard many stories of Emachines' power supplies going bad. You can get parts at good prices at http://tigerdirect.com and http://newegg.com
