Gateway Parts

Im at a crossroads, i have a decent laptop, and need to decide weather to get a single monitor or multiple?

I have this laptop http://reviews.cnet.com/laptops/gateway-p-171s-fx/4507-3121_7-32852436.html?tag=mncol;psum and my options are between 2 22 inch monitors or 1 40 inch monitor/TV. these are primarily going to be used for gaming. my question is can my 8800 gts (512mb) handle the 40 inch or should i just get the two smaller. In the upcoming summer i will be building a behemoth of a computer that could easily handle either or. but i would like to use my purchase now if possible. Also im using linux ubuntu so i have virtual desktops so real estate for work and school is NOT an issue. i only use windows for gaming. the 40 incher. 1. get one big one... I used to run two 19 " and it was cool but I got a 32"tv and use it as a monitor now. Think of it this way. What if you feel like watching a movie? plus sitting up close to the big screen immersing yourself in your game. Then you have a gaming machine and a theater all in one.
