Is it okay to bring computer or computer parts from United States to Canada?

Either by bus, train, or airplane, is it legal to bring computer or computer parts to Canada from United State? I am a Canadian citizen. And if it is legal, do I need to pay any fees?

1. Personal computers & accessories are OK - I took one with me to Canada in November with no problems and without paying any taxes.
