Why won't TMZ videos play on my notebook?

Have a newish HP notebook and can not play videos on the TMZ website. I tried on IE and Firefox but no go. I have the latest K-lite codec pack so I don't think it's a codec problem. Any ideas? I see TMZ is part of AOL. Do I need the AOL media player? Tried installing Adobe Flashplayer 10 to no avail. HAve 2 GB of RAM. Any other suggestions?

2. you may need an udated flash plyer. Or possibly your memory is insufficient (RAM) Try loading form a different site if you can.
