Is HP & bad service, shouldn't they have to do something? Nothing w/court. Thanks for your time!?

Near the beginning of '08,I sent in my notebook to HP for repair,which i had to pay $300 for.I received my notebook within a couple of weeks.But on 3/10, I had to send my notebook back in.According to the technical support agent,my notebook was experiencing the same problems that the previous January repair should have fixed.It was called a rerepair.The online order status provided by HP stated that they received my notebook on 3-13.My notebook was scheduled to come back on 3-21.But on 3-21,the order status stated my notebook was scheduled to arrive 2 weeks later,on 4-11.I called customer service,and they told me there was a problem in shipments of the parts from another company.But on April 11,my notebook did not come,and customer service told me a landslide stopped the shipment of parts.They said they could do nothing else but note that my laptop should have priority shipment. But it would still be a month after I had 1st sent in my notebook for the rerepair.What can i do?legalstuff?

  1. Its not their fault.. i dont know why you want to sue them.. So you dont have your laptop for a month.. as the old saying goes.. "Quit your bitchin"
