Is it ok for me to use a computer's default Power supply unit and not buy a seperate PSU? Would my computer not break in a span of another 3 years... Do you know anybody who use default PSU for mid range Computer parts and had no problems with their computer in a long long time? Im only using my computer for mid range gaming and internet browsing for an average of 6 hours a day.... also Will buying an avr help ? P.S. Im planning to use 9600gt in the next 8 months but im using Integrated graphics right now (ECS GF8200 motherboard)

- I'm using my computers default psu and it works fine with my Geforce 8500 gt video card. It's a 450 watt.
- What do you mean by a 'default power supply'. If you mean the one that is already in your case, then it's not really the best choice. A PSU is the one component that can break everything else. You shouldn't really cheap out on it. Depending on what parts you have, it would be sensible to buy a reliable brand.
- rule of thumb from nvidia 300w min one card 500w min two cards and 1000w min 3 cards don't know why the giant leap for 3 cards but that was the official word
