Computer upgrades help! Gateway.?

I have a Gateway notebook model M-1634u. I want to upgrade some parts. I bought the computer in february and I want to upgrade the Video Care ( Currently ATI 1250x ). I also want to upgrade the fan because mine sucks. Is there any way to do this to a laptop? If not is there any solution to make this computer better for playing games?

1. Go to the gateway site and see what things are available then look for them locally.
2. yes you can almost always upgrade parts. every motherboard has different form factors(parts that only work with that board) so if your video card plugs into a pci port then u need a pci card. look up which card you have exactly and find an upgrade card that fits the specifications needed for your machine. as far as the fan goes, you need to find the dimentions of the spot where the fan goes and then just by one and plug it in
3. You can't upgrade the video card because it is integrated. Sorry pal. The fan is upgradeable, but you'd need to custom build your own fan and heatsink. Which is really hard. I'd just blow out all the dust from your laptop with a can of compressed air or dustbuster. More RAM is about the only other option for making it faster.
