if u have to many programs u can delete some or just buy sum more ram. . . .all depends on the amount u wanna spend. Good Luck ;)
Upgrades are usually a pain with laptops, they're way harder than desktops.. Maybe add the RAM to 4 GB if you haven't already. And yeah the graphics card.
if u go to gateway.com they should have many video cards u can bye also a best buy can help and sometimes walmart carries them
