Does anyone out there know if laptop/notebook hinges are replaceable parts? Thank you?

or would the whole computer have to be replaced if the hinge(s) broke?

1. i replace them all the time so yes they can and are replaceable
2. yes..if you have dell..call them they will do it for free if you have warranty on it.. 1800-624-9896. its a low cost item.
