Other than dell and hp, what computer companies are there that allow you to customize your computer?

Just in the market for a new one, and I've already looked at all of the dell/hp models. I mean a company that offers complete customization- not just one or two parts. I hate macs with the biggest passion that you can possibly imagine.

4. Gateway and apple. But you can always by a computer and so many techs are out of work now you can find someone to customize it for you at a fraction of the cost. Also any parts you remove from the computer such as hard drive etc... you can resell on ebay.
