Computer Power supply?

i have been building a computer and need some help with my power supplys i have 192 ram, 2 80Gig harddrives, a high end sound card, graphics card and a bunch of other parts i found lying around my house i had a 200W power supply that was blone out of there so i put in a 235W power supply and even that blew how much power will i need to run what i have on my computer

1. i would have thought 235 was enough but try a 350 w supply. they are very cheap and should be plenty, even if you throw some more stuff in
