Where can i buy cheap/chinese hardware to build a gaming pc?

I know this question has been asked again but the answer the other guy had was for computer accessories, not computer parts/hardware. Well i want to buy a mainboard, cpu and a video card. Does anyone know a website where i can buy and send them worldwide as i live in Cyprus?
