Gateway Parts

how good are the new line of gateway laptops?

i am looking at this lap top:: http://www.gateway.com/systems/product/529668240.php this is a brand new gaming laptop but how good is Gateway with there products and customer support?? please help

1. Gateway are a really crap, poor quality company. My sister and her boyfriend both purchased the same laptop from them a few months ago, after a month or so the charge ports on both of them started to go, my sister got hers repaired by them after a lot of messing about but it again broke and her boyfriend send his back only to be told because they found a drop of liquid inside they wouldn't fix the charger even though it was totally unrelated, they then sent him the laptop back with the motherboard in 2 pieces. I wouldn't go with Gateway if I were you.
2. not good, gateways are the emachines wich have no more than 1 year lifetime for what i have seen in many computers my friends and i had. Dell are the best.
3. Gateway makes crap computers now days, they used to be really good. Their customer support sucks now too.. Go with Dell, Acer, HP etc.. Way better built then Gateway.
