BRAND NEW GATEWAY M SERIES NOT WORKING ON SET UP?

I just got a brand new laptop M series Gateway, and i was setting everything up, and Windows was setting everything up, and then the computer restarted and now there's an error screen and it says that it can't finish the installation. What can i do?!

1. Go to the box it came in and look for a disk that says "Gateway Recovery Disk" or "Restore Factory Defaults/Settings" and put it in. Shut the computer off then turn it on while pressing F8 repeatedally. Then just follow the instructions and DONT RESTART IT AGAIN!! :P
