Do all gateway laptops have the same adapter?

My sisters puppy chewed up my laptop cord, and now I need a new one. Some people I know have gateways and they all seem to have the same cord (or at least one that fits into my computer). So, I was just wondering if gateway made all the adapters usable in any gateway.

1. No they aren't all the same but if the Voltage and Wattage is right you could use one from another Gateway Laptop. Do not use one with a higher voltage - that will ruin your laptop.
