Hi my laptop now has no sound, yellow ! next to multimedia audio controller?

I checked the details of my laptop with free belarc download and this is what it came up with. Please can someone help me asap as i really need to be able to access my music on the laptop, !!Thanks in advance!!!   1. I used your serial number to look up your laptop. You need to re-install the sound drivers that came with your laptop. The fact that your system is calling it "Multimedia Audio Controller" means it doesn't have the drivers properly installed. Go to: http://support.packardbell.com/global/item/?sn=746400040238&g=2000 Click on the "Drivers" tab and select sound drivers. Download this: Realtek ALC655 Audio drivers Install those drivers and your sound should work again.
