I have a webcam that is part of my computer but my computer can't find it, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I have a MSI Notebook, one of the smaller computers. The computer camera has worked before...I don't know what I did. I have tried the burn recovery disk, and looked at the installation manual...I don't know what else to do...grrr....HELP!!!
