Where can I buy really really cheap computers parts?

I need to build my computer from scratch. Does anyone know where I can get all my parts at really cheap prices from like £5 to £30 max? Help!

1. Ebay but you're not going to get much for £30.
2. You won't get anything at that price, you will have to spend a lot more. A CPU will cost £40 min, a motherboard another £40 odd, memory will cost £20, a hard drive £30 and a DVDRW will cost you about £16. This does not take into consideration the case, power supply and card reader.
3. I could maybe whack together one for around £50 but it will not be fast or new, or pretty. And would not have monitor, keyboard or mouse...
