How to Ship used Computer Parts?

I have 4 parts from an old computer that I want to sell, and I want to know what would be the best way to ship 1)A Processor 2)A Motherboard 3)A CD Drive 4)A PSU Thanks! Im building a whole new computer, new case, PSU etc. Can I reuse any anti-static bags I get with my new Computer components, or would I be better off just getting new ones?

  1. Bubble wrap, the more you use the more protection it provides.
  2. you will need anti-static bags to put them in, you can get them at most computer shops, then put them in padded envelopes (not the psu), I would make sure they're safe and put the envelope in a shipping box stuffed with crumpled up packing paper. You can use whatever service you want fedex, ups, standard mail, etc. I would make sure and find out how much each item would be to ship and include that in the sale price. The psu will probably cost a bit to ship as they are kinda heavy. Make sure and find out if the buyer wants the package insured, and include that in the price as well. They key is making sure you charge enough to still make money aftere shipping costs.
