Can i buy American computer parts and use it in Australia?

Im going to America soon and i was wondering if i could buy cheap parts for the computer im building, would i be able to use them with parts i got in Australia?

1. Sure.. No probs.. people buy Laptops etc all the time and then get them back !!
2. you can buy the American computer and use it in Australia But!!!! one thing you need to know before you buy it and use it in Australia is the power supply because in USA power supply input is 2.4 if the power supply in Australia is higher than 2.4 than the computer will burn out which mean it will not work anymore. so if i were you i would think about it
