Gateway laptop replacement keyboard?

I have been thinking of buying this Gateway laptop and most of the reviews I have read they say that the keyboard just sucks. It's the best deal I can find and I would really like to buy this computer but a bad keyboard is holding me back. 1. A replacement KB will have the same problem since it is a direct replacement. Only option is for an external one
