How can I remove my optical drive? Dell Vostro 1520 notebook?

I bought the optical drive from a Dell Dimension 1545 notebook off my friend, whose 1545 is only good for parts. He removed it by taking the screw with the lock symbol out. When I looked on the bottom of my Vostro, that screw wasn't there. Is my drive removeable? What can I do?
