How to get into a gateway computer and change the Administrator password?

I have a Windows XP Gateway computer, i put a password for my administrator account and forgot it the next day. Someone please help me with a way to remove the password or anything that can help.

1. Your screwed. Unless there is another admin account on the computer, the only easy way to get around it is re-installing your operating system. Try safe mode.
