my Gateway M series laptop doesn't play CDs, I am not getting any error codes, how do I fix this?
The laptop is running Vista, and sometimes when trying to add music to my iPod, I get a message to reinstall iTunes, even though I have recently done that. This is getting frustrating.

- OMG! I'm sorry that i can't be of any help. I just had a similar problem quite recently. I so know what type of situation you're talking about...
- do you mean DVDs instead of CDs? You need to download XP Codec pack Maybe the VCL media player and if that don't work you need a program to set the region on the DVD player.
