have a BMW 328i, It keeps overheating I have changed everything to do with the coolant system help?
I have changed the thermostat, fan clutch, gasket, and it still over heats, the hoses work fine and there are no leaks. I took it to discount auto parts and they used a computer check and it said it could be the fuel Sensor, could that be possible? also my air conduction does not work can that have anything to do with it 2 hours ago - 4 days left to answer. Additional Details Its a 1997 150,000 miles and the pump is fine, do you think it can have anything to do with the fuel 2 hours ago

- you bought a rubbish car anything like that including bad service repairs can cause to massive explosion. crush it now.
- hmm i would have to say it has to do with the radiator and as for the air conditioning try taking it to a shop and ask if it needs freon(no freon is not misspelt).
- A bad fuel sensor can make the computer think the motor is running rich, which causes it to lean out the injectors. If a motor runs lean, it can overheat. A bad plug wire, manifold leak, bad O2 sensor, and other things can cause it to run lean. Before you start changing parts, have the suspected parts checked. A shop bill is cheaper then a new car. Also check the engine compression. If you have a combustion leak, it will cause overheating (a simple test would be to look for oil in the anti-freeze, and anti-freeze or water in the oil). Good luck.
