Cheap computer parts.?

Where can i get the cheapest. When i mean cheapest and mean down to the penny, computer parts. preferbly in the UK. And please dont say Ebay. Sorry for not being precise. But the parts have to be new.

1. most companies have a computer graveyard. ask your friends and family members, they probably can get you entire computers for free.
2. newegg.com....yea they will rip you on shipping, but the uk pound converts to lots of us money these days and they are bottom of the line cheep Tigerdirect.com is another good source. There really arn;t many cheep parts retailers in the UK Also if you know the specific part you need put the model number in to Google shopping and it wil search for the cheapest price in tons of stores.
3. try this awesome site the cheapest i have seen so far! http://www.eclipsecomputers.com/ my mate built a whole new computer for under £400 from scratch now he has a nice gaming machine.
