Computer Power Supply overheated now I have no Monitor Activity?

My power supply recently overheated and shut my computer down. When it cooled I turned it back on and everything was ok. While I was on the power supply fan must have went out and the computer shut down again. I waited about 1 hour to see if it would turn back on. When I try to turn it on the CPU fan blows and it is detecting the DVD drive but I get no Monitor activity. Is it possible that this part of the motherboard has fried? Any help is appreciated. I also tried a new power supply, this did not work.

1. More than likely when the power supply blew it took the motherboard with it or at least some of the other components!
2. most probably u'd kill'd u r motherboard.. just spend littl bucks to regain its life..
