What is the chance of getting a gateway laptop that's a "lemon"?

I want to get the NV5909H laptop from gateway. What is my chance of getting one that is a lemon?

1. Pretty good, I'm guessing. I have a Gateway tower that was a total lemon. If it is indeed a lemon, you'll be directed to interminable run-around from the Gateway company whose hold times were over 30 minutes every time I called. I needed to spend more than 10 hours of the phone to get my issues resolved which suggests to me that there are a lot of people with Gateway lemons out there.
2. Much less than getting an HP or a Compaq that is a lemon, that is for sure. I've had a Gateway and I know others who've had them. However, I would get a Dell. *IF* you have to send one in for any type of repair during the warranty, Dell pays the shipping both ways. For most other manufacturers (Acer, HP, Gateway, IBM, Sony), YOU pay the shipping to them which can be quite a lot in some cases, especially if you have to buy packaging. Dell will ship you a box and everything you need at their cost.
