Would My Laptop Run The Sims 3 Faster Iff...?

Would My Laptop Run Faster If I Downgraded To Windows XP?, Im Running Vista Atm And The Sims 3 Isnt Running Too Smoothly. Or Should I Put XP On Another Part Of The Harddrive?, Or would that make it worse?. 1. Not really, it's sorta "the newer the better" case here. *hint* *hint* Windows 7!!! And a better graphics card?
2. According to the Sims 3 system requirements, you should see better performance if you run Sims 3 under Windows XP. So you have a choice to make, you either replace Windows Vista with Windows XP or you can create a separate Windows XP partition on your hard drive and run Sims 3 from there. Also upgrading to Windows 7 is not a good idea. The Sims 3 running under Windows 7 will have the same performance requirements as it does under Windows Vista.
